Consultation & Training Group for Therapists

Are you feeling the weight of the world right now? Today’s climate crisis is becoming harder to ignore, as natural disasters intensify and temperatures climb. This crisis touches almost everything in our society and on our planet, and it can sometimes feel too large and overwhelming to think about.

Yet something beautiful can happen when we face it together. Confronting a challenge this big and existential actually helps us tap into our deepest longings and vulnerabilities, helping us gain insight into what truly matters. When we share these thoughts and feelings with others, we open the door to an intimacy that is deeply authentic, nourishing and even joyful.

If you’re a therapist or therapist-in-training wondering how to work in these times—how to stay grounded, show up fully, and support others while caring for yourself—this group may be for you. It offers a space to:

  • Feel less alone in the face of a destabilizing world

  • Find strength and renewal through authentic connection

  • Explore what it means to practice therapy in the era of climate crisis

  • Build the skills and confidence to lead groups that foster resilience and hope

We meet virtually on Tuesdays from 2:00–3:30pm CST. If you’re curious, I’d love to talk—call me at 512-680-8259 to learn more or set up an intake session.
